Is this real footage of Father Christmas?
It's a real, complete video — but Santa is a performance, not a recording of a person in a workshop. Santa's voice and face are created with licensed AI performers. The words, and the child they're for, come from you.
Everything else is genuine: a titled opening with your child's name on screen, music throughout, and a closing scene matched to the Santa you picked.
How personal does it actually get?
Santa uses your child's name and age, their town, the things they're into, something they've done well this year, and what they're hoping for at Christmas. You supply all of it in the order form, and it's the reason no two videos are the same.
Do I get to see it before it’s made?
Yes — and this is the part most people are surprised by. We write three different scripts from your answers and show you all three. Pick the one that sounds most like your family, edit every word if you want to, and nothing is recorded until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Most are ready within minutes of you approving the script, and we allow up to 24 hours to be safe. The clock only starts once you've approved — the video is made after that, not before.
When do I need to order by for Christmas?
Order by the end of 21 Decemberand your video will be ready in time for Christmas. Most are ready within minutes of you approving the script, so the deadline isn't about how long it takes — it's so there's room to put things right if anything goes wrong.
You can still order after the 21st, and it will very probably arrive quickly. We just can't promise it, so please don't rely on it as the present.
Our team is away from 24 December to 1 January, back on 2 January. Orders keep running as normal over that period, and if anything fails you'll be refunded automatically without having to chase us — but a reply to an email may have to wait until we're back.
What do I actually receive?
A finished film of roughly two to three and a half minutes depending on the length you choose, in HD, yours to download and keep. Play it on the TV on Christmas morning, or send it on to family.
Can I include more than one child?
Yes, two ways. A family video is one shared video that greets each child by name in turn, for two to four children. A bundle is a separate video for each child, each one fully dedicated to them. Both are shown when you choose what kind of video you want.
Can I cancel, and what if something goes wrong?
You can cancel any time before you approve your script — nothing has been made yet, so you'll get a full refund. Once you approve it, we start recording, and at that point the video is being made specially for your child and can't be cancelled.
If something goes wrong at our end, we try again automatically, and fix it by hand if that doesn't work. If we still can't get your video made, we refund you without you having to ask.
And if the finished video isn't right — Santa says the name wrong, the audio isn't clear, or the message doesn't match what you told us — tell us and we'll re-record it free of charge. If we still can't get it right, you get a full refund. None of this affects your legal rights.
What happens to the details I share about my child?
They're used to make your video and nothing else — we don't sell them and we don't use them for advertising. Writing the script and rendering the video involve specialist AI services, so the details you enter are passed to those providers purely to produce your video.
