Order by 21 December for Christmas

Almost every video is finished within minutes. The deadline is not the production time — it is the margin.

If something goes wrong on our side on 23 December, we need enough room to notice it, fix it by hand and still have your video ready before Christmas morning. Ordering by the deadline is what guarantees that room exists. Ordering after it means there might not be any.

You can still order, and it will very probably arrive quickly — the same minutes it usually takes. We simply cannot promise it, so please do not rely on it as the only present under the tree.

If we cannot get your video made at all, you are refunded automatically, without having to chase us.

The part that takes your time is the beginning, not the end. Telling Santa about your child takes a few minutes — their name, age, town, interests, something they have done well, and what they are hoping for.

We then write three scripts and email you when they are ready, usually within a few minutes. You read them, edit anything you like, and approve one. Santa records it and the finished film lands in your account shortly after that.

Our team is away from 24 December to 1 January, back on 2 January. Orders keep running as normal over that period and the automatic checks keep working, so if anything fails you are refunded without having to ask.

A reply to an email may have to wait until we are back, which is the honest reason the deadline sits where it does.
